Robert Burns Night Dinner - 2025

at the Daly Mansion, 251 Eastside Highway, Hamilton Montana

 Tickets will be available on-line only - Limited seating!

Your ticket includes salad, entree with sides, home made bread, dessert, and haggis, along with scotch for toasts, plus an entire evening of non-stop entertainment and kinship! ​

Entree Choices:

Beef - BACON WRAPPED FILET TOPPED WITH GORGONZOLA, WITH GARLIC MASHED POTATOES AND GRILLED ASPARAGUS

Chicken - ROASTED LOCAL CHICKEN WITH GARLIC MASHED POTATOES AND ROASTED CARROTS, TOPPED WITH A ROSEMARY REDUCTION SAUCE 

Fish - PAN-SEARED SALMON WITH ROASTED POTATOES AND ROASTED CARROTS, TOPPED WITH SAUTEED CHERRY TOMATOES, BASIL AND GARLIC

Vegetarian - HALF ROASTED ACORN SQUASH WITH A WILD MUSHROOM AND BUTTERNUT SQUASH RISOTTO, TOPPED WITH CANDIED WALNUTS 

Doors open at 5:30 pm starting with a cocktail hour, and the festivities to begin at 6:30 pm. ​

Formal plated dinner will be Catered by The Mission Bistro, a "No-Host" bar will be available, and sit back and

enjoy the poetry, dancing, singing, music, and toasts all in honor of Scotland's Poet Laureate, Robert Burns.
